What we collect and why

When you request access to the beta we collect: full name, organisation, role, type of participation, connection to the New European Bauhaus and your optional note, email address, optional phone number, country, confirmation that you are 18 or older, your consent, and the language of the page. We also store a salted one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) to limit abuse to three requests per hour.

We use these details only to review your request and to contact you about the beta. Submitting the form does not create an account.

Legal basis

Your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@balticpacific.com; withdrawal does not affect processing before it.

How long we keep it

Requests that are still new or were declined are deleted automatically after 6 months. Requests that led to an invitation are kept for the duration of the beta.

Processors

Lovable (hosting of this website and server functions). The website runs on Cloudflare's network, which processes every request, including your IP address.

Lovable Cloud, operated on Supabase infrastructure in an EU region (Stockholm, Sweden) (database and authentication — including sending the sign-in invitation if you are invited).

No analytics, advertising or AI service receives the form data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to info@balticpacific.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
