About NEB RADAR (Beta)

Open civic intelligence for the New European Bauhaus.

NEB RADAR (Beta) helps citizens, cities, researchers and cultural institutions discover, assess and shape Beautiful, Sustainable, Inclusive neighbourhoods across Europe.

Two doors, one data commons. Young citizens score their streets through 12 visual criteria. Professionals work with the same projects through a full 21-KPI framework aligned to the EU JRC139118 methodology. Both feed the same open dataset.

A personal legacy donated to the NEB community

NEB RADAR began as a personal legacy project and has been donated, in full, to the New European Bauhaus community. There is no founder equity, no commercial lock-in, and no paywall on the data.

Neighbourhood Intelligence Engine — inspired by ANN RADAR

The Discover Neighbourhoods view and the youth Scout loop are powered by NEB RADAR's own Neighbourhood Intelligence Engine — a native rebuild of the neighbourhood-intelligence concept pioneered by ANN RADAR (ICLEI Action Fund / Google.org). Built independently with no external dependency or shared code: we credit the concept, not the implementation.
